PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LICENSED FOR EDUCATION & THINGS TO COME

Clients First Realty, LLC has now opened its property management department and has a tremendous system in place to create a professional atmosphere in property management for both agents and their clients.  Please visit www.CFRPropertyManagement.com for a in depth view of all our property management has to offer.  Please contact Joan Thompson, Director of Property Management at 602-315-1113 for questions you may have about our system and possible opportunities you may want to consider.  The systems are in place, the extended marketing benefits have already begun and you could create an ongoing stream of income.

Clients First Realty, LLC is now a satellite school for Education Renewal Corporation.  Bill Slaughter has been approved through the Arizona Department of Real Estate to teach pre-licensing for new agents (90 hour course) as well as pre-licensing for brokers (90 hour course).  We have already created a number of graduating students.  If you know someone looking to get into real estate, please let us know.

We are always looking for new agents.  Remember to send any prospects to Bill Slaughter.  Get his contact information at www.JoinCFRNow.com or Larry Goldstein, Director of Marketing 602-989-4200 or get more information at www.ReferringAgent.com ...

Thinking about upgrading your image with videos embedded in your emails or websites ... check out Monique Heatherly on this short video she helped put together for us ... www.JoinCFRNow.com ...

Soon to come is Clients First Realty Referral Company, LLC ... it is already an entity through the Arizona Corporate Commission and the pre-lim approval through the Arizona Department of Real Estate is accomplished.  This sister company will be for agents that just want to refer business and still get paid.  No association or MLS fees ... there will be a complete breakout of information and you will continue to hear about this exciting new project over the next few weeks.  Stay tune for the coming events ... the real estate market is taking a up swing and the next few years look to be positive for our industry ... stay involved, stay educated and enjoy the growth that is coming ...

God Bless you all and keep selling .... WMS/DB
