Clients First Realty, LLC has a new home warranty, under written by Service One ... you can pick up brochures at your corporate office, plus we mailed each one of you a copy and a introduction letter ... these brochures will soon be available online through your virtual office in the miscellaneous forms ... you are not required to use Clients First Home Warranties, even though they are one of best you will find ... look at the comparison sheet we sent you and I believe you will be impressed at the coverage your clients will benefit from under this plan ... though this is not required, it is requested that you use this warranty ... it is a benefit to all ... the more we write through our under writing company the more leverage we create in taking care of our 'Clients' that do come 'First' ... please contact Ruth Austin or myself if and when you have any questions ... 

We are also developing a 'Lead Generation Division' within Clients First Realty, LLC that is being orchestrated by Ruth Austin ... her many years of experience in this area, operating as a Managing Broker, is invaluable ... this is a very involved and costly venture but we at 'Corporate' believe it will prove to be a tremendous benefit to the agents and company over the next decade ... we are partnering up with Karen Moon, Senior Loan Officer with AmeriFirst Financial ... Karen and her group has been a tremendous supporter of 'Clients First' and the CFR management, agents and staff ... Karen is an outstanding loan officer and her positive track record is unmatched in the industry ... her dedication to you, your clients and her professional career is hard to fine and should be appreciated by all of us ... In an effort to make the corporate team environment evolve over the next few months here are some of the different avenues that are being developed ... with having agents from Queen Creek to Surprise and Cave Creek to Maricopa we realize that agents traveling to a meeting or classes is not always possible, even though preferred ... we are going to implement webinars as well as make short training videos that you can view through 'Clients First Realty's You Tube Channel' ... we plan to use this for education, information, alerts and updates ...

In a branding campaign you will see more and more reference being made to Clients First Realty, LLC "Home of the Little Red Bag" ... we initiated this at ASREB's Career Day and it worked out great ... 100's of people were walking around the event room advertising Clients First Realty, LLC ... over the next few weeks we will make suggestions how you as agents can use the "Little Red Bag" to brand you and your company ... with your help this branding campaign will be one of the most positive real estate ideas that has happened in the valley for a long time ... best part, the bags are currently free to the agents to pass out and use with their clients ... get with Ruth Austin if you have any great thoughts to share along this corridor of branding ...

We mentioned the 'Lead Generation Program' earlier ... initially we are developing 16 to 20 mini websites known as 'landing pages' with 10 to 20 URL addresses ... these landing pages are for both sellers and buyers and will capture leads through internet search traffic ... using Google's paid per click ads and a daily monitored SEO program we will not only create leads but will bring branding of your company to a new level ... this is going to make 2012 very exciting ...

We have several more new projects in the fire that we hope to share with you very soon ... all of them are positive and will benefit our agents and clients ... for all the agents that have been with us over the past 6 years, I have but two words for you; 'THANK YOU' ... you are all my heroes ...
