We continue to have positive sales results for this year ... however one item of maintenance about paperwork ... please make an effort to get your required documents into admin in a timely manner ... it allows us to close the transactions and release commissions which I am sure will make you happy ... paperwork delays or non completed files cause additional work, jeopardize transaction integrity and in some cases can void E&O coverage ... with handling 1000 of transactions a year, we do need you to comply with company policies, federal and states laws, codes and regulations ... these efforts protect the public, you as the licensee and the company ...
