Happy Holidays 2010 & End of Year Notes of Interest

Well as 2010 nears its end we need to take a look at what we have done ... In this economic climate it is easy to be negative and focus on what we don't have instead on a lot of positive that we should be paying attention too ...

We at Clients First Realty LLC have a bunch of professional agents and staff that listed 67% more houses this year than they did in 2009 ... they sold 36% more transactions than they did in 2009 ... they moved over $60,000,000 dollars in property ... and each day they continue to perform tremendously, weathering the trials and tribulations that confronts them each and every month ...

Sara Ortega, Admin and Accounting Manager, hit a milestone this month ... she just processed her 2,500th transaction meeting all audit requirements from both federal and state agencies ... her professional efforts to maintain documentation integrity may not always be appreciated but not having to answer to the courts or arbitration boards is something each one of us should thank her for ... her honesty and dedication to her responsibility is truly appreciated by the owners, managers and staff of Clients First Realty, LLC ...

In a continued effort to eliminate unnecessary expenses the owners of the Company decided to close the executive suite in Scottsdale on December 31st ... for the past year it has been used less than eight hours per month ... the few agents that have been assigned to that branch will be transferred under the corporate office (CLFR01) ... the company will make the changes both at the State of Arizona, Department of Real Estate and the individual Associations ... the agents will not be required to do anything ... if you are a Scottsdale Branch agent and need to reprint your business card please let us know, we have made special arrangements to handle this also ...

Our 'Holiday Schedule' is as follows ... closing by noon on the 24th and the 31st of December ... we wish all of you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ...

We anticipate a bigger and better 2011 ... we have increased our sales and business every year for the past 5 years during a down turned market and feel this will be done each and every year in the future ...

We will continue to process 2010 business through January 4th, 2011 as 2010 business ... starting on January 5th all business received will be considered a 2011 transaction ... this process is done the same each year so accounting can prepare 1099's and get them to the agents ...
